  as you may have heard, the court of appeal has overturned three previous court decisions in my favour.

  the lawsuit has been given the green light and is basically has remained intact almost exactly the way it started.

  what are the odds of that happening?

  it has been brought to my attention that asking people to invest in my wrongfull death lawsuit or in any lawsuit may be illegal.

  i am not convinced that that is true.

  irregardless, i am asking anyone who may have posted my message about limited lawsuit partnership funding, to remove such message from the web site you have posted it on immediately and post this message instead.

  the watchtower lawyer shane brady is at the court of appeals today concerning a 15 year old jw girl who needed a blood transfusion.

  if you see any news reports about that will you please post it on this thread.

  i expect that the newspapers would publish a story for friday's papers.
